A design for a crematorium in Bygdøy Kongsgård, Oslo, surrounded by a vast ceramic landscape with semi-submerged timber chapels. The landscape can be heated. On the darkest day in winter, it is used to create an artificial mirage which extends the length of the day by bending sunlight across the horizon. Visitors access the site by boat travelling across Oslofjord.
